Brazilian Reflexion: Papers Published in One Semester of Covid-19

The objective of this study was to reflect on the scientific production in the health area in a semester of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a reflection based on a survey carried out in the PUBMED and SCIELO databases, through the descriptors and operators: [Covid-19] or [coronavirus], between December 2019 and June 2020. The analysis was by descriptive statistics. There was a concentration of scientific production in the country China and in the thematic treatments. We found a gap in research in the field of Nursing, known to be involved in all direct and indirect care, in assistance, teaching and management.
