Improving the methodological approach to cadastral land assessment

The article is devoted to studying the problems of the existing methodological approach to cadastral valuation of land in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The authors present the indexation coefficients of the normative monetary valuation used in the Republic, as well as the rules and procedure for the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land and localities, which were in force at the time of the entry into force of the Constitution of the Donetsk People’s Republic. In order to determine the cadastral value of land plots in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the authors proposed a new scheme for ranking land resources by main segments, as well as the use of linear, multiplicative power and exponential statistical models.
