HOW TO SHORTEN EXCESSIVE OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE IN THE FIELD OF FIRE SAFETY

The necessity and legitimacy of citizens' appeals to the state bodies on fire safety issues are considered. The correspondence volume between the Emergencies Ministry and VNIIPO of EMERCOM of Russia on the one hand and design firms and individual entrepreneurs on the other hand has been extremely increased recently. The role of self-regulatory organizations, which they should perform in training and professional development of specialists and personnel to their subordinate design organizations and individual designers, is pointed out. There are proposed measures to limit the flow of official correspondence.
