METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF UKRAINIAN ARMED FORCES OFFICERS ACCORDING TO NATO STANDARDS

The article substantiates the following methodological approaches to professional training of Ukrainian Armed Forces officers in modern conditions of adaptation to NATO standards, implemented by Ukraine: systemic, conceptual, axiological, logistic, personality-oriented, competence, integrated, communicative as well as culturological. It also defines the levels of professional training of servicemen and the importance of foreign language training in the professional activity of the Ukrainian Armed Forces officers.
