Abstract

In modern conditions of the formation and development of the information society, extremely rapid, abrupt transformational changes are taking place in all spheres of socio-economic activity (the introduction of new technologies, fundamentally new basic types of products, consumer and social standards). Recent economic studies show that in modern conditions the development of the economy as a complex open system is a nonlinear dynamic (synergetic) transformations associated with the transition from one stable state to another through a series of intermediate non-equilibrium (often chaotic), structurally heterogeneous states. In this case, the influence of fluctuations in the external socio-economic environment can lead to the implementation of fundamentally different trajectories (scenarios) of such a transition, and hence to the possibility of realizing, with a certain probability, qualitatively different final stable states of the economic system. Therefore, the objective reasons for the emergence of business risks in such conditions can be not only stochastic, but also synergistic (objectively multivariate) nature of economic processes. At the same time, what is important, the realization of risks can lead not only to negative (loss), but also to positive (additional profit) economic consequences. The paper considers the main features of enterprise risk management in the context of synergistic economic development. The applicability of the synergetic paradigm of modern risk management is formulated and substantiated. According to this paradigm, enterprises are engaged in entrepreneurial activity in conditions of constant risk, the optimization of which must be simultaneously carried out through such a purposeful (management) and spontaneous (self-organization) structural and functional transformation of certain external and internal systemic connections, which would adequately correspond to the current state and development trends of the business environment. Within the framework of this paradigm, a synergistic model of the risk management process in an integrated enterprise management system is proposed and analyzed.
