Problematic aspects of legal regulation of advocacy in the Russian Federation

The purpose of the article is to develop an analysis of the legal regulation of the advocacy of the Russian Federation, as well as to develop proposals for improving and streamlining the provisions of regulatory legal acts regulating this activity. The novelty of the article lies in the consideration of the current Federal Laws in the field of regulation of the advocacy of the Russian Federation. As a result, conclusions and recommendations are given for improving the legal regulation of the advocacy of the Russian Federation.
