Formation of the psychological climate of the sports and game team in the activity of the coach

The article, based on a retrospective study of the literature, presents an analysis of various points of view on the concept of "psychological climate", identifies the phenomena that negatively affect the mood of athletes participating in interrelated joint activities, draws attention to the disclosure of factors that affect the psychological climate in a sports team, shows the components of the coach's competence in the formation of a positive psychological climate in a sports team, identifies the criteria for the formation of the qualities of a coach necessary for optimizing the psychological climate in a sports team.
