AUTHOR'S WORKBOOK ON PSYCHOLOGY AS AN INNOVATIVE DIDACTIC TOOL FOR THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES BUILDING OF BACHELORS-AGRARIANS

New social requirements to the level of education and individual development results to the need for changes in teaching and learning technologies. Today, technologies are in demand that allow organizing the educational process taking into account the professional orientation and focused on the individuality of the student. Therefore, the issue concerning the criteria for the development of an author's workbook on psychology as a tool for the building and development of professional and psychological competencies of students considered in the article is very relevant. The purpose of the article is to study the impact of the implementation of author's workbooks on psychology into the educational process of higher education as an innovative tool for training bachelors.
