METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF FIRE CAPABILITIES OF THE ARTILLERY UNIT OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

Based on the considered approaches to the assessment of combat capabilities of subunits, a method is proposed for assessing the fire capabilities of the artillery unit of the National Guard of Ukraine. The proposed methodology for assessing the fire capabilities of the artillery units of the National Guard of Ukraine, using the table data presented, allows to determine the fire capabilities of the artillery units, taking into account changes in their number and type of firefighting, as well as a time needed to move to a new area of execution of the artillery fire tasks. The use of this methodology can significantly reduce the time when planning fire damage to the enemy. The direction of further research and development of a methodology could be useful for justifying the required composition of forces and artillery units, taking into account non-traditional methods of using artillery.
