METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING THE METHOD OF INTERACTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT FORCES DURING THE COUNTERACTING OF SABOTAGE CARRIED OUT BY INITIATING FIRE ON IMPORTANT ELEMENTS OF AN OBJECT WITHOUT PENETRATING INTO ITS TERRITORY

The article presents the results about research of interaction ways of law enforcement forces during the execution tasks for countering sabotage and reconnaissance forces of the enemy using inflammable weapons without penetration into the object of sabotage. The purpose of this work is to reveal the content of developed methodology for determining of ways of law enforcement forces interaction in counteraction to sabotage actions carried out by initiating fires on important object's elements without penetration into its territory, which considers increased number of factors for the organization of interaction in different informational conditions. The basis for the methodology development is the affirmation that the interaction process has a certain functional structure, which reflects the functional relationship between the methods of the enemy's actions, the ways of using the forces of law and order protection and ways of their interaction. Therefore, the goal of the methodology is to determine the logical connections between elements of interaction process functional structure, based on the study of this structure and, by introducing a procedure for selecting criteria and mathematical characteristics, to determine the rational ways of interaction of the law enforcement forces in counteracting sabotage on important objects, depending on different structure of fuzzy initial information. The main scientific idea that laid in this method is to decompose the task of multi-criteria choice of an effective method of interaction based on analysis of properties related benefits on the set of alternatives with the use of the apparatus of fuzzy logic. The results of the research allow to improve the work methods of commanders and headquarters to make decisions on the organization of military operations. The application of the developed methodology in decision support systems will enable to organize interaction with the use of different structure of fuzzy initial information effectively.
