Analysis of some aspects of legislative basis in carrying out special-purpose actions at maintaining emergency status in case of mass terrorist acts

The legislative basis of Ukraine concerning special-purpose actions at maintaining the emergency status in case of mass terrorist acts is analysed. The actuality of this problem for practical activities in combating terrorism is shown. To reveal the existing contradictions in the legislative basis, the views of the leading scientists are analysed and proposals on eliminating these contradictions are given.
