Abstract

The relevance of this topic for practical application.for subjects of counterterrorism is given. The actuality of this issue for practical activities of these subjects for countering terrorism is shown. To reveal existing contradictions in counterterrorim legislation the analysis of a number of leading scholars' views is performed and the suggestions aimed at eliminating these contradictions are presented.
