Organizational and methodical aspects of institution formation of public control over state low enforcement agencies

Based on foreign and own experience, the concept approach is formulated concerning the mechanism formation of public control over law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. The organizational solutions are suggested as well as measures, the realization of which in the framework of current legislation will positively influence its efficiency.
