Essence of military management and comparative description of his regulation in the leading documents of the soldiery formings of Ukraine (on the example of internal troops of MVD of Ukraine) and army of the USA

From the points of the theory of administration and management based upon the analysis of the administrative activities of a unit commander the essence and content of ‘military leadership' are defined, the difference between categories ‘military leadership', ‘command and control' and ‘management' is given. Peculiar characteristics of military leadership and approaches to its regulation in the US Army are analyzed.
