Abstract
Results of social-psychological questionnaire poll servicemen of internal forces MIA of Ukraine in problems of appeal to military service by contract were offered. Modern approaches to conduction of professional psychological selection servicemen to service by contract, methods of studying professionally important classes and professional fitness in tote are considered.
