Theoretical and methodological fundamentals financial monitoring’s organization and implementation

Topical issues of research of theoretical and methodological principles of organization and implementation of financial monitoring are considered. In particular, based on the analysis of existing views, the author presents his own vision of the mechanism of financial monitoring. The interrelationships between the subjects of the financial monitoring mechanism and their distribution by planes are considered. The article defines the most important goals of financial monitoring, its tasks, tools and features of ensuring the scope of its operation.
