Abstract
This article proposes a set of tools for measuring the degree of competitiveness of services of hospitality industry enterprises, in particular accommodation facilities and restaurant establishments, as a supplement to traditional demand research tools. A theoretically optimal solution to the problem of assessing the competitiveness of hospitality services is justified, a brief overview of the main tools and a comparison of «possible solutions» are presented.
