Abstract

Health saving and emotional and ethical competencies are one of the teachers' professional competencies. Conditions for the development of these competencies have to be created in postgraduate education The development level of health saving and emotional and ethical competencies affect not only the professional activity, but also determines the quality of teacher' personal life, his ability to build relationships with others. The importance of these teachers' development competencies are increasing in the context of the global pandemic COVID-19. The article deals specifically with the theoretical model of teachers' health saving and emotional and ethical competencies development in postgraduate education. The purpose of the article is the scientific substantiation and elaboration of development model of the teachers' health saving and emotional and ethical competencies. The role of the New Ukrainian School teacher is defined as a coach, facilitator, tutor, moderator in child individual educational trajectory. So, the teachers' task will be to support, inspire, guide, motivate, help achieve the goal, open prospects, interest, arouse desire, interest of students. The teachers will be able to perform these roles if they have a high level of development, including health saving and emotional and ethical competencies in refresher courses. Therefore, it is promising to increase the number of art exercises that can be used in refresher courses.
