Abstract

This article discusses the concept of personality development and the formation of leadership skills in the student community. The concept of a person refers to a person and serves to represent a specific person, that is, a member of a particular society. In order to be a person, a person must develop mentally, feel like a whole person, and be different from others with his or her characteristics and qualities.
