Study on the Influencing Factors of Customer Satisfaction at Cainiao Stations in China

Based on the field investigation and observation of Cainiao Stations, and the factors influencing the satisfaction of Cainiao Stations are analyzed and summarized. Through questionnaire to collect data, it uses binary Logistic regression model to find the relationship between independent variables and the satisfaction. Several main influence factors of customer satisfaction are found, and the improvement measures for Cainiao Stations are put forward based on these factors.
