Technique of preparation of students of higher soldiery educational establishments to educator work

In the article on the basis of analysis of scientifically-pedagogical literature, leading documents essence and rich in content filling of concepts "Military education", "educator work", are specified in modern Armed forces of Ukraine. Theoretical grounds, principles, methodology and receptions of technique of preparation of students of soldiery educational establishments, are exposed to organization and realization of educator work with inferiors. The role of educative influence is certain on rational, emotional, volitional spheres of personality of student. Methods and receptions of effective educative influence offer on students.
