Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the motivation of employees engaged in remote (remote) work. The methods and means of stimulating labor, the factors necessary to motivate staff, as well as the ad- vantages and disadvantages of remote work for employees are given. It is concluded that when working remote- ly, it is necessary to take into account some features of the organization of work
