Психолого-педагогическое сопровождение профессионально-личностного становления студентов в процессе обучения в вузе

Тhis article studies all the necessary conditions for personal professional students' development at VUZ such as the assistance to project the students' future choice, the forming of the valuable meaningful area in the student' personality, the comprehension of healthy habits as a fundamental part of the professional life, the creation of professionally comfortable stimulating atmosphere during the education process, the stimulation of capacities and personal professional abilities, the improvement of students' psychological culture, the psychological readiness for the professional life, the analysis of the personal life resource role and of the possibility to apply it in the concrete regional conditions, the forming of the independent self-relevant capacity, the acting in a multicultural space, the functioning within the personal self realisation and self determination attitude.
