Abstract

Introduction. In the training system of modern agricultural engineers there is a need for changes, for new approaches that are related to the interdisciplinary training and use of modern technologies. This level of training for intending agricultural engineers is ensured in an information and educational environment. As learning practices and technological tools change, such learning continues to evolve. But the technology of education in the conditions of information and educational environment is not developed for the applicants of higher education of specialty «Agrarian engineering». The purpose of the article is to analyze the results of an experimental study to test the readiness of bachelors in agricultural engineering for the professional activity. Results. The article presents the analysis of the results of the bachelor degree agro-engineering students to professional activity in the conditions of information and educational environment. The comparison of the levels of readiness for professional activity according to the plan-motivational, constructive-operative, reflexive-evaluative, research-creative criteria of the bachelors of agricultural engineering in the conditions of information and educational environment in the experimental and control groups at the beginning and at the end of the experiment was presented. It was proved that the developed technology of training bachelors in the agro-engineering sphere increases the level of motivation and self-stimulation to work in the information and educational environment. Conclusion. As the conclusion of the designed experiment, it can be argued that the technology of training bachelors in agricultural engineering for the professional activity in the information and educational environment is effective. The developed technology of training bachelors in agricultural engineering increases the level of motivation and self-stimulation to work in the information and educational environment. The experimental model provides the opportunity to combine the educational process of the undergraduate audience with the training in the information and educational environment, forming analytical abilities and competences for the professional activity.
