BASIC FACTORS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF INTENDING SPECIALISTS IN SOCIOLOGICAL SPHERE

Introduction. Changes which are taking place in educational sphere now are closely connected with the appearing of new demands to the system of professional training of specialists who stimulate constant need in theoretically methodological thinking of the process of professional training and thorough studying of the basic factors. The purpose of the article is defining the basic factors of professional training of intending specialists in sociological sphere with the help of which important aspects of the environment of the research object are analyzed. Methods. In order to study the characteristics of the leading factors of professional training of intending specialists in sociological sphere, the methods of theoretical and methodological analysis, synthesis, systematization were chosen. Results. The analyses of the results of the investigation which are made in the sphere of raising the effectiveness of professional training of intending specialists in sociological sphere are evidence of the of some factors presence. Each of these factors requires separate study, analysis, planning and realization of the system of events either in the development of the determined tendencies or for its indulgence when there is a negative influence on the training system. Conclusion. Taking into consideration all these mentioned factors in professional education characterize changes which are taking place in the system of professional education. It helps to solve problems in making professionals in social sphere, extend essence of social and upbringing structures and make new demands to the professional training of intending specialists in sociological sphere.
