Abstract
Following the analysis of the legislation of the Donetsk People's Republic regulating certain provisions in the field of economic security, the article justifies the expediency of developing and adopting a special legislative act, which clearly and comprehensively defines the fundamental provisions of economic security, taking into account its features as a component of national security.
