Abstract

This article is about social-economic, cultural-moral causal solutions of family problems in Islamic law. Moral, legal, social and economic laws of matrimonial relationships in norms of Islamic laws were investigated reducing well founded facts from basic sources of Islamic justice ? Qur'an and Hadiths.
