The level of perception on caesarean section delivery was higher in received health services (75.9%) of caesarean section delivery than in operative procedure (61.2%) and received information related statements (50.3%). There was statistically significant association between the level of perception with age (p=0.024), occupation of spouse (p=0.007), gravid status (p=less than0.001), types of caesarean section delivery (p=less than0.001), history of caesarean section delivery (less than0.001) and indication of caesarean section delivery (p=less than0.001). Conclusion: The study concluded that two third of postnatal mothers have positive perception. But still more focus is required in basic care including personal hygiene, ambulation and sexual health.
