CAREER PLANNING BY MODERN WOMEN OF MONGOLIA

Historically, Mongolia has always been a reliable trade and cultural partner of Russia. Mongolian women have traditionally played an important role in the history, politics and economy of the country. The re- sults of the study showed that modern Mongolian women are active and have a high level of independence in career planning, act as entrepreneurs and creators. They create, create their own destiny, focusing on the values of service, integration of lifestyles and entrepreneurship. The participants of the study recognize the great role of family and children in their lives, considering this factor as important when choosing a career direction. Howev- er, it is the responsibility for the family and the future of children that defines the role of an active builder of her own life for modern Mongolian women
