PREVENTION OF FINANCIAL FRAUD IN THE SYSTEM OF STRENGTHENING FINANCIAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

This article highlights the impact of various unfair financial machinations on Ukraine's security system in the context of globalization, as well as demonstrates the urgency of improving the entire system of relations between legal entities and individuals as a basis for forming holistic economy. In this regard, the contradictions in the interpretation of fraud in the scientific literature and legal documents are considered. There were also highlighted preconditions for the emergence and evolution of fraud, which lead to the decline of economic development and complicate the formation of entrepreneurial activity. We have included the tendencies of fraud in the current conditions of economic flow, which are mainly manifested as fraud in the insurance, banking and Internet industries as well. It is because of the factors highlighted in the article that it is necessary to implement changes and use different methods to improve the financial security of Ukraine, and this is what a large part of this work is devoted to. To complete this paper, we have used various research methods to study the topic in more detail and present it competently. Observation, generalization, and analysis are methods that were used in determining the nature of fraud and ways to implement it. Comparative, factorial, visual, statistical and dialectical methods were used in the analysis of the preconditions and trends of financial fraud in the market. And with the help of deduction and abstraction, ways to prevent financial fraud were identified.
