Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of changes in the structure of health-saving activities of an individual in the era of a new coronavirus infection. According to the author's concept, healthsaving activity is considered as a psychological system of health management. The results of the questionnaire on health-saving activities are compared in groups before the pandemic, who had mild, moderate and severe COVID-19 and those who did not have this disease. It is shown that in the structure of health-saving meta-processes, goalsetting in the field of health is associated with other processes most of all. It was revealed that during the pandemic, the structure of health-saving metaprocesses changes due to the growth of healthsaving behavioral patterns, the decrease in the motivation for maintaining health and ideas about self-efficacy. Health-saving activities during the COVID-19 pandemic are becoming better socially regulated. In the group of moderate and severe cases of coronavirus infection, there was a significant change in the s tructure of health saving metaprocesses, both in the severity of indicators and in the nature of their relationships. The structure of health-saving activities of young people who have recovered from COVID-19 is poorly integrated and vulnerable to external influences. It is assumed that post-COVID syndrome, the state of chronic anxiety about health, depressive states are the possible causes of changes in the health-saving system in this group. The results of the study can be used to develop psychological programs for the rehabilitation after the COVID-19.
