Independent t-test showed that male and female employees were not equally motivated by human resource information systems, age groups were not equally motivated by human resource information systems and qualified employees were equally motivated by human resource information systems. ‘R square' value represents the 51.8% variance explained between e -human resource and human resource information system and 68.7% variance explained between e-human resource and artificial intelligence. F value (435.821) at 0.000% degree of significance indicates excellent model fit from the table of ANOVA. F value (889.705), at 0.000% degree of significance, indicates a good model fit from the table of ANOVA.
