The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Improving the Performance of Productive Establishment (Baba Sweet Company as a Model)

This study aims to attempt the impact of intellectual capital on the performance of productive institution. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire has been developed and distributed to the employees of the company, and statistical methods (descriptive and analytical) were adopted for the purpose of answering the study questions and test hypotheses And a random sample of 56 questionnaires was selected .The study found a relation between the Intellectual Capital and the performance of Baba Sweet institution, The study recommended that Al Baba Sweets Company should restructure its intellectual assets in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
