Abstract

This study examined the relationship between employee productivity and organizational performance of pharmaceutical firms in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Survey research design was adopted, and data were gathered through the questionnaires administered to respondents. Pearson coefficient correlation was employed to test the hypotheses via SPSS version 20.0. From the analysis, the study concluded that employee motivation and organizational climate have positive significant relationship with organizational performance of pharmaceutical firms in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Based on the results, this study recommended among others that Businesses should guarantee that feedback is provided on a regular basis so that appraisers can determine whether they are fulfilling management expectations or the organizations goals.
