Law is a basic need of human life. Therefore, the law will be obtained and found in every side of human life. Even before human life, the law has taken a role first to protect humans if desired, for example a child who is still in the womb of a mother, if the law wants it then the law has appeared first to take a role, For example, if in the process of giving birth to the child the mother first If the child dies, then the childs law is considered as a legal subject. Or as a bearer of rights and obligations in terms of inheritance to his biological mother. We find this in the legal rules of Article 1 of the Civil Code CC . In this regard, it can be ascertained that the law exists at all times, at all times and places both in past, present and future lives.In relation to the Role of Law in the National Economic Recovery Program During the Covid 19 Pandemic, the author clearly wants to describe how the role of law in national economic recovery during the Covid 19 pandemic which is the main problem in the life of the nation and state, the author considers the role of law in economic improvement as the main thing and absolute in addition to the role of social, economic, political, security, cultural, and technological aspects as well as management.Hereby the author tries to reveal how the role of law in national economic recovery in order to achieve the planned targets.
