Manufacturing of quality formulations and to analyze the quality, safety and toxicity concerns are being pharmaceutical and analytical profiles become an important task. Tamra Sindoor is a Kupipkawa Rasayana prepared with Astasamskarita Parada, Shodhita Gandhaka, Shodhita Tamra and indicated in Raktajanya Vikaras, Vata Kapha Pradhana Mamsarbuda. So the proper scientific Validation of fortify Tamra Sindoor has become one of the focused research work. In the present study keeping the chief aim of elucidating pharmaceutical and physiochemical analysis of fortify Tamra Sindoor are prepared adopting method advocated in Ayurveda Sara Sangrha.
