Prognostic model for training specialists in institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education

Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the content and structure of the predictive model for training specialists in institutions of vocational education (VET). To solve the set goals, theoretical methods of scientific research were used: analysis of the current state of the problem under study in the pedagogical and special literature, modeling. The study used interdisciplinary, systemic, cybernetic, competency-based; activity approaches. As a result of the study, a predictive model for the training of specialists in the VET was developed – this is a system that, reproducing the system of professional training of future skilled workers, allows you to obtain new information about interrelated structural elements, conditionally combined into blocks: factorial, target, theoretical and methodological, content-technological, productive. The created predictive model for the scope of research, simulation; informational, cybernetic in form; network structure; enlarged in terms of detail; development over time predictive; according to the degree of reproduction of the main features of the system, functional; in terms of the breadth of coverage of the issues of training specialists is international. The purpose of the implementation of the model is to ensure the readiness of future skilled workers for the production of professional activities in the conditions of modern and predictable production. The model differs from similar developments by the presence of a factor block containing information about the scenario forecast regarding innovative development for the following components: labor content, equipment, materials and technologies. Pedagogical conditions for the training of skilled workers in VET with the use of predictive models are formulated: 1) subordination of the model to the system of training goals; 2) coordination of the content of the model with the forecast of the innovative development of the industry; 3) development of a methodology for implementing the model; 4) availability of organizational, software, technical and personnel support
