Implementation issues emotional and communicative sphere of preschoolist in the state standard of preschool education and current educational programs

Abstract

The article raises the issue of variability of the modern world, which necessitates directing the development of personality in accordance with the challenges of time. A brief historical overview of the changing educational paradigm in our country, as well as in the European educational space. In this regard, the opinions and conclusions of domestic experts and international experts in the field of education are presented. It is pointed out that the preschool period is the foundation of the formation of a person's personality, and therefore, the formation of the foundations of its development must begin at this age. The list of scientists who study the development of the emotional sphere of preschoolers, as well as their colleagues who are concerned about the problems of communicative competence of preschool children. It is shown that the scientific and pedagogical community has responded to these challenges by creating new standards of education. This is an updated Basic component of preschool education. It is determined that in contrast to the previous editions of the Basic component of preschool education, the development of the emotional component was given indirect attention. In the latest standard, it is allocated to a separate component of all educational lines. The definition of the concept of "educational environment" is given. Its influence on the achievement of the development goals of modern education is also considered, which is the main idea of the so-called "constructivist approach" proposed during the creation of the standard. The methodological principles of the study are the analysis of these programs for the development of the emotional sphere of preschool children, which resulted in the determination of "emotional intelligence" and "communicative competence" of preschoolers, determining their relationship. Contradictions between the updated basic component and the current programs currently used by teachers in preschool education institutions have been identified
