Abstract

This article finds that an innovative society needs new ideas, new ways of learning, the introduction of a national idea, new forms and methods of managing the creativity of teachers. Therefore it is the development of the creative potential of teachers that is directly proportionally dependent on the improvement of the entire educational system, in particular the solution of the problem of managing the development of this creative potential as well as systems for upgrading the qualifications of teachers and the requirements of society for their level of training in non-formal education. There is also a close correlation between the level of development of the country's economic potential and the state of general education, its requirements for a teacher, the teacher's professional training with a view to improving and modernizing teaching, the attitude of the teacher towards self-education and modern values of the NUS in general. If we go deeper into this training process of a modern teacher in non-formal education and think about the problems of managing his or her creative development that arise in many modern education institutions then there is an urgent question: «Which way to go, where to find that «golden middle» in a combination of managerial (not)competence and creative teacher's personality?». Now this is a top issue because reforming the education process requires a teacher and a researcher, a leader as an educator of a new formation, a spiritually developed personality which is socially mature, creative, competent, professionally possessing all the pedagogic tools. This personality constantly strives for self-improvement and self-development encouraging both colleagues and students to do so. The high standards of a modern pedagogue are dictated by the objective needs of society and the new challenges that this society presents to us all. Therefore, the most urgent questions are immediately coming up: how to reach the expected results that bring public benefit, social significance and prospects; what is the secret of creative personality, creative greatness, how to develop this creativity and become successful; how to manage a teacher's creativity with good, without suffering and discomfort for both?
