Normative and Legal Regulation of Sustainable Use of Agricultural Lands

Reforming land relations in agricultural production is recognized as a key task of agrarian reform. In this regard, the transformation of land relations is one of the most important directions of the implementation of the state agrarian policy. This concerns the improvement of legislation that regulates the issue of sustainable use of agricultural land. The article provides proposals, the implementation of which will contribute to the improvement of the legal regulation of the sustainable use of agricultural land in Ukraine.
