Software risk management plays an important role in successful software project management. In fact, all phases of software the development life cycle (SDLC) is hardware, software, technology, people, Cost and schedule. There are many software risk factors that affect the entire software development process. but, Finding the correlation between risk factors and project outcomes is the main focus of current research on software risk analysis. The difficulty of risk assessment of software has attracted the attention of researchers, and machine learning techniques have been applied in this area to meet this limitation. In a highly competitive market, customer needs are becoming the focus of software companies. This paper describes the risk assessment using different methodology and factors helps to resolve risk assessment.
