The studys main focus was on designing and manufacturing instructional equipment that would be utilised as a multi purpose lifting device for motorcycle repair. The development is constructed with locally accessible resources, making it cost effective. In work study weight optimization, vibration analysis is considered as a major factor to design an optimized model for the existing design of hydraulic cylinder mounting bracket.
