Abstract
The article is devoted to studying the process of legislative provision of economic security of partially recognized states. The regulatory and legal framework of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, as well as other partially recognized states regulating relations in economic security is analyzed. The suggestions on improving the current legislation of the DPR have been developed.
