Natural excipients including gums, mucilages, and pectins are frequently employed in both traditional and innovative dosage forms. The pharmaceutical industry has agreed to employ the majority of natural polymers in formulations as a result of the growing interest in these materials. Natural items that are required for a range of uses have seen great growth in recent years. This study examines the usage of mucuna gum in the creation of mucoadhesive tablets.
