Abstract

In order to analyze strategic decision-making in complicated situations, a topic known as algorithmic game theory combines ideas from game theory, economics, and computer science. It offers a framework for deciphering the actions of self-interested agents and creating incentives for desirable results. An overview of algorithmic game theory, its uses, and the suggested framework for strategic decision-making are given in this paper. The suggested system uses game concepts, algorithm design, and computational implementation to promote effective coordination amongst various stakeholders and optimise resource allocation. The study also covers potential paths for future research, such as the creation of sophisticated algorithms, dealing with dynamic and unpredictable situations, and using algorithmic game theory in new fields. Overall, algorithmic game theory provides useful information and instruments for comprehending strategic interactions and making wise choices in a variety of contexts.
