All the classics have mentioned the keen descriptions about reproducteage, rutukala, Dinacharya, yogabhyasa, panchakarma, pranayama, ahara vihara, achararasayana, counselling, meditation, positive thinking and garbhini paricharya i.e, regimen from first to ningth month of pregnancy.
