Abstract
The choice of project-oriented management as the basic instrument of company development and increase in its competitiveness is proved. The mechanism of decreasing marketing costs during functional (marketing) analysis of a project by means of strategic alliance of marketing companies. Approximate express analysis of consequence of management decisions with the help of financial management methods is presented.
