Abstract
The system of economic and noneconomic factors potentially promoting or hindering the development of innovative development of domestic economy is analyzed. The economic system model based on the principle of functional interaction of social structural elements is offered. The orientation of state incentive of innovation activities of business entities of Ukraine’s economy is determined.
