Pedagogical Conditions of Future International Managers’ Professional Plurilingual Competence Formation

On the basis of analysis of pedagogical literature on professional competence and plurilingual education the system of pedagogical conditions of future International Managers’ professional plurilingual competence formation is grounded. The main interrelated components of the system are defined: stimulating students’ motivation, intensifying professional orientation, creating plurilingual environment, using interactive teaching methods. It is concluded that consistent and systematic applying of the conditions in the process of future Internatonal Managers’ professional training contributes to the successful professional plurilingual competence formation and the corresponding result achievement.
