Abstract
The features of coordination the economic interests of subjects of innovative activity within the national innovation system are considered. Levels and tools of coordinating the identified interests are analyzed on the basis of their structuring according to the hierarchical and functional criteria. The mechanism of coordination of economic interests of the subjects of NIS is covered in the plane of intensification of their innovative activity in order to stabilize and develop the national economy.
